8.8 oz dry rolls cut in cubes
3.5 oz gruyere cheese
2.1 oz butter
1.4 oz chopped onion
Handful of chopped parsley
1.3 cups warm milk
4 tbs flour
1. Fry onions in butter and mix with parsley.
Put bread cubes in bowl, mix with onions and parsley.
Add warm milk mixed with eggs and salt.
2. Add small cut cheese.
Let rest for 15 minutes.
Add small amount of flour as needed.
3. Form rough shape.
Fry shortly on both sides in vegetable oil and bake 5 minutes in 350F oven.
Serve with a little salt.
