200g potatoes, raw and peeled
50g smoked bacon
4 table spoons of oil
10g mushrooms (dried)
1 1/4 l beef soup
2 table spoons sour cream
pinch of salt
1. Dice poatoes (approx. 1 cm), onions, bacon, and carrots.
2. Heat oil and roast bacon.
Add onions and carrots until glazed.
Work in flour.
3. Sautee and add soup.
Add mushrooms and cook for approx. ten minute
Work in potatoes and cook until potatoes are ready.
Work in sour cream and add salt.
