Knoblauchcremesuppe (Garlic crème soup)

3-4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 teaspoons oil
16 oz. broth/vegetable stock
3.5 oz. sour cream
1 teaspoon flour
Salt, Pepper
1-2 slices of bread


Chip the onion and the garlic cloves, powder them in flour and let them sweat in oil. Add broth/ vegetable stock as well as milk. Cut the bread into cubes and add it. Allow it to steam for some minutes. Season it with salt and pepper. Before serving the soup, add the sour cream and puree it altogether. Roast the croutons and serve them together with the garlic crème soup.
