Ingredients

4 best quality frankfurters
4 slices best quality bacon (thinly sliced)
1/2 oz cheese

Directions

1. Slit the franfurters length-wise from end to end.
Cut deeply but not all the way through.

2. Cut cheese so that it fits into the sausage and that you can distribute it evenly.
Wrap the sausages with the bacon slices.

3. Grill until golden and hot all the way through.
Do not overcook or you will over-melt and lose your cheese.
Serve with fries, potato salad, sauerkraut or just good sliced rye bread.
Do not forget the mustard!
